Recent census data reveals that the No. 1 baby name for boys in 2009 was Obnoxio. Are you surprised? The inexplicable resurgence in popularity of this marvel comic character from years back appears to be the culprit. Maybe parents finally realized that naming their kids things like 'Grace,' 'Prudence,' and 'Hospitality' always just kind of backfires anyway so why not harness this phenomenon, but in reverse.

Interesting that this name is gaining popularity again, originally my birthname was Obnoxio Sluggo Fish, but my mom, under heavy sedation, accidently wrote in Andrew Thomas instead.
It's a thing of great irony that I am both Obnoxious and Sluggish.
HA HA! Sluggo... well I think it's just a matter of time before it makes the top of the list. These things go in cycles. Obnoxio Sluggo's mom was clearly ahead of her time, despite the heavy sedation!
