A few months ago, I visited a friend who had Jessica Seinfeld's stupid book, Deceptively Delicious, lying around. It's all about how she steams and purees vegetables into mush to sneak them into her kids' food. Jessica embarked on this insane crusade out of concern that her kids weren't eating enough vegetables. As if it matters. Those kids are already filthy rich. What do they need vegetables for?

Anyhoo, it got me thinking. There has to be a better way to sell kids on vegetables. It was also around this time that I encountered a display of Bratz dolls in a toy store. I had been thinking about how awful they are and then it hit me - Why not create a line of inappropriately sexy dolls that motivate children to eat vegetables (via their sexiness)? And Sexy Vegetables (TM) were born.

So here's a sneak preview of my first Sexy Vegetable, Rhonda Butternut. It's not completely done but you get the idea...

Rhonda is making ME hungry--for squash? For sex? So hard to tell which. I think it's working!

Sexy Vegetables were specially designed by scientists to blur the lines between good nutrition and other more base impulses and desires.
