I'm giving you this, err, thingy (I think it's supposed to be an Oxygen tank) on the ONE condition that you read and follow the instructions to ONLY use it in an emergency. Actually this is a vintage birthday card by Sunshine Cards. I'm not sure when it was published. The inside makes no sense whatsoever. It says, 'Happy Birthday' and then has a guy holding an armful of candles next to a cake and it says, 'Be careful with those candles.'
