What's Creepy About This Cover Illustration?
Besides umm....EVERYTHING?
It's by an artist named Ozella Welch. I actually love it. The composition, the retro style (current for 1959), the rich colors. And of course, the creepiness. It's one of a few issues that I own of this bizarre Catholic comic.
